What is AZ100 Certification?
AZ-100 is for Azure administrators, who manage Cloud services that span storage, security and networking.
Administrators need to be able to manage the entire lifecycle of IT infrastructure. This certification exam also includes hands-on labs.

There will be approximately 53 questions, and you will have 180 minutes to solve them. The time for each lab (8-10 tasks) is also included in the 180-minute time frame.
To deduce the answers, you must be quick when reading these questions and case studies.
My Experience:
There were 53 questions total during my certification exam. These 53 questions consisted of 2 case studies (with about 15 questions each), 38 miscellaneous and 2 labs (with 18 sub-tasks in total).
To do the lab or case study later, you cannot skip it. Exams are done in a specific order.
Lab: A single virtual environment can be opened in the browser. Labs must be done in the Azure portal. The screen displayed usernames and passwords for access to the Azure portal. I had to enter them because copy / past functionality was disabled.

The CEH Certification Course emphasizes the practical approach. Each module will include hacking exercises to verify the skills learned. The training time is split in 60:40 between learning & practical’s. This allows the student to practice the skills and methodologies learned during training. It includes the integrated labs as well as the additional labs that can be practiced during self-study.

We do projects because of stakeholder engagement. It helps us obtain the resources we need.
Over 30% of people don’t interact with stakeholders as they would like. They don’t have the time or the desire to meet their stakeholders. A third of people feel that they are unable manage their stakeholder relationships. They don’t know how to manage their stakeholder relationships or have no templates.
Here’s how it works.
I know what it is like. I am a project manager, and own my own company. I have a young family. Despite everyone’s concern, I don’t have the time or energy necessary to create documents from scratch.
Stakeholder engagement is a difficult topic for me. When I began to manage projects, it was all about managing stakeholders. It took me some time to realize that you cannot force people to support your project. It doesn’t work.
They want you to succeed. This is why management support is so important.
Stakeholder engagement involves understanding what people want from the project and how they feel about it. This can also include how that changes over time. It requires regular planning, and frequent check-ins.
I have developed ways to communicate effectively with my stakeholders. They don’t feel forced or cheesy. When I start a new project, my plan of action is to discover stakeholders and understand their motivations.
People are what make projects run (or stop them). Not processes or documents.
Documents and processes can be a huge help! This is especially true if time is limited or you don’t know where start.

Why are so many IT projects failing? IBM estimates that only 40% IT projects reach their budget, schedule, or quality goals. It is important to question why projects fail. It is possible to learn from past failures and avoid repeating the mistakes. It is better to not make the same mistakes as another person. Learn from five of my biggest project failures.
Seven years ago, I was a project manager. I learned everything about project management through the mistakes of others. I made mistakes in estimates, forgot to ask clients key questions during kickoff meetings, hesitated saying no, and answered questions reactively, before I checked with my team. I made all the rookie mistakes that can lead to embarrassing moments when I realize I was wrong.
Even though I don’t have any direct memories of project management mistakes or other obvious errors, there are still many lessons to learn from each project. It is not always as easy as it seems, even when things go wrong. Despite my many years of experience as a project manager, I have seen many projects fail spectacularly. Why do projects fail so often?

It is crucial to maintain and foster trust with clients in your web project manager. It’s easy to lose trust. This lesson was hard for me to learn several times too many.
Lesson learned:
When I have to deliver hard news to a client I often ask myself if it is better to do it now than wait until it’s too late. It’s better if you do it now and take action. You’ll be happy you did.

My teammate and me were working together on a very complex project last winter. He suggested that we use a new plugin to create a portfolio section on a client’s site. Although the slider used a different framework than we normally use, it looked and performed better than the one we had. Although I was initially skeptical due to the strict timeline and the specific design direction of the slider, I was eventually convinced by its promise of better functionality for the client and our development team. Although we hadn’t discussed upgrading our standard toolkit, the timing was perfect and it was a chance to see the new plugin in action.
The end is probably clear: the slider was both expensive and time-consuming. The slider didn’t support the key feature we needed after installation. It also didn’t support responsive sizing or part.
